Battle Week 1



Week one of the first Journey. I've decided to use ProActiv and change my diet. With my diet Im going to avoid milk because I believe I have hormonal acne and eat more fruits and vegtables and drink nothing but water and alot of it. Wish me luck! Im hoping my confidence will come back soon.

I don't know if you tend to drink milky tea or coffee, but I have really got into herbal teas as a replacement. Now when I wake up I don't need a caffeine hit, instead I look forward to my breakfast green tea! It really doesn't take long to develop new habits if you break through the initial pain barrier...

Green tea I reseached is really good for your skin. I try to have it once a day. MzTink87 dont give up! You and I are beautiful its time we show acne whos boss and the world how lovely we really are. All the best to you in this journey as well =]

sounds like a good plan good luck! i know my mom breaks out from milk .hope the proactiv works for you. remember start slow with proactv!
