First off the most important thing for me is diet. I cut out breads, cereals, chips, dairy, candy, fruit juice, frozen meals, junk, and whatever I think is going to cause a spike. My carbs are 1-2 servings of fruit and 5-6 servings of vegetables daily, brown rice, quinoa in its normal form or the pasta kind, millet, and occassionaly raw beans, and sometimes sweet potatoes. For protein I eat grass fed meats and chicken, no nitrite turkey, cage-free eggs, and raw walnuts (soaked after bought). For fats I like coconut and extra virgin olive oil, flax seed, and walnuts. I do use the regimen and when you do use it follow it EXACTLY. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. I only drink water, green tea, and occassionaly V8 fusion antioxidant plus but not much of it at all. Drinking with meals is not good for digestion anyways.
