My Favorite(:

So, I've been doing most of this for a while, but pretty inconsistently for the most part. It all work pretty well for me, but I guess we all have different skin, right? I used to have horrible cystic acne, painful to the point of making it hard to sleep. It's way better now, and I only get occassional break outs. So here's what I do.

I only do this part 1-2 times a week.

cut a lemon in half. in a cup, mix some sugar, a tiny bit of salt, olive oil, and some lemon juice.

You want to make a scrub, so only enough liquid to cover the sugar and salt. mix.

get two chamomile tea bag and one green tea bag. put them in a cup of hot water.

Now with the other unused lemon half, rub it all over you face. make sure your face is CLEAN!

don't use any type of cleanser before this, just water. let it sit for anywhere from 5-20 minutes.

wash it off. now get your scrub, and scrub, scrub scrub. not too rough though.

let it sit for about 5 minutes. wash off.

now here's where I put my acne creams on since my face is so nice and fresh. I put these on

every day, usually two times a day. I use benzoyl peroxide 10% and clindamycin.

once you're all done with that. get your tea bags and gently squeeze them out.

You really only want to use the chamomile ones. put them on your eyes for 10 minutes or more.

It's super relaxing so you can keep them there for as long as you want, it won't hurt(:

I have a facial steamer too, so sometimes i use that before i do all of this, which works wonders. I got mine for like 20 bucks. It steams everything right out of your pours and makes them nice and wide so everything you put on really gets in there.
