4 Week attempt at diet

Starting April.17th, 2012

essentially Paleo diet

removing

-sugary foods

-dairy

-coffee

-wheat (not completly needs carbs)

new diet

-chicken breast

-grass fed beef

-salmon

-omega 3 eggs

-vegtables

-fruits

-nuts

-almond milk

-herbal tea

Good luck with the shift in the diet! Just remember you do need something from the wheat group - try some quinoa after you are done with your 4 week diet! My friend from India made some with mixed veggies and curry and it was delicious!

Now is this for improving your acne? Or just a change in lifestyle?
