Starting A New Diet



So its 17/03/12 and tomorrow i will try a new diet involving no dairy, bread, or sweets/junk food. This will be a 1 month trial from March 18- April 18.

Its gonna SUCK! i know but it wouldnt hurt to give it a try. So why not?.

Hopefully it wont make a major difference cause i love eating all kinds off food. You can say im a foodie. But if so then i guess imma have to give up those foods.

In addition of DKR and this diet, i will have set times for sleep so 11pm-7am will be sleep times and trying to drink as much H2O as possible. For those who are reading this and have anything to say, please feel free to give me a shout.
