Last night [Wednesday night] today being Thursday i once again had some very bad farting, lots of foul smelling gas. Also Erythromelalgia was bad and i slept very badly/broken again. Followed by loose Bowel movement in morning.
BUT SKin has been better last couple of days - BIG CASE OF WTFs
Maybe my digestion, gut issues are negatively correlated with my skin issues.

Honey bunches of oats with almonds cereal, Kellogs start, rice crispies, whey powder, semiskimmed milk.

50 grams chocolate marzipan bar
3 malted milk biscuits.
2 scoops whey protein powder, tspn bcaas, white cane sugar, vit C, semi skimmed milk
Broccoli, Cauliflower, 2 jacket potatoes, quark, cottage cheese, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard.
3 chicken legs, white flour, salt, pepper, curry powder,
50000 Vit A, 5000 Vit D, 250 IU Vit E
50mg Zinc Picolinate, Magnesium.
FINGERS OF SUSPICION:
Farting - Main suspect - Potato skins
maybe and / or broccoli and cauliflower
Erythromelalgia + broken sleep - Zinc and/or Magnesium
Al round much better
Chest, back and shoulders : pretty good - one dying spot on left pec - couple on back
Face - most of face good - one active spot on forehead with marks from dead ones - couple of active ones near bottom of ears behind ears.
Starting to think bad sleep really is significant factor with skin.
Hard for me to sleep well but when i sleep better for few days pretty sure skin is better.
