Probiotics as usual. No smoothie as I had terrible sleep and slept in. BM hasn't been great. I think I slacked on water intake over the weekend like I usually do. I also got less fiber in fruits and veggies over the weekend.
Face is the same still flaking slightly on jawline and chin. T-zone is very oily. I am now wondering if tis the moisturizer that's clogging my pores? Or the sunscreen? but its pretty bad. Now Im not sure if I should continue using them and see how it goes or get new products to try out. I've never had such terrible clogged pores before. This is making me reluctant to use sunscreen and moisturiser which I need.
