Day 13 - Probiotics, Day 18- Bp & Neem, Day 13 Fruit Smoothie

Diet/ Holistic

Probiotics as usual. Had a quarter of a medium sized papaya. No smoothie today though. Had a very salty meal for lunch.

I am trying to get myself to drink green tea at least once a day.

Face

Still flaking slightly on jawline and chin. Skin in that area feels dry when I woke up. T-zone was oily as usual.
