Raving Like An Infomercial?

I usually don't review or mention a product unless I would strongly reccomend it and would continue using it. That being said, I have fallen in love with Soap & Glory's Off Your Face 3-in-1 Cleansing Cloths! (try saying that 5x fast)

To start off, I sought out cleansing cloths specifically to gently clean my face after a workout. I was immediately drawn to this brand because of the cute packaging, but after using these cloths I can honestly say the product lives up to the package and goes beyond my expectations. I'm even using the cloths morning/night now and will be purchasing multiple packages so I can leave one in my gym bag, school bag, etc.

So why do I love these cleansing cloths oh so much? In one use my skin felt incredibly smoother, fresher, and my pores are visibly smaller already after only a few days of use. I think that's just amazing. The 3-in-1 notion of cleansing, exfoliating and shrinking pores really lives up to its title.

As a side note, the price wasn't all too bad either. I live in Canada and I paid $10 CDN at Shopper's Drug Mart for one package, that comes with 25 cleansing cloths. I would say that it's a great value in this case because you get more product for your buck and the product performance is better. Slam dunk for Soap & Glory!

Soap & Glory is founded in the U.K so residents there will likely be able to find the product at a similar or cheaper price. U.S residents can find these cloths along with other Soap & Glory products at Sephora, and perhaps other drugstores there. For Canadians, Sephora and Shopper's Drug Mart carry the Soap & Glory line of products.

In general, the cloths are the cheapest skincare item in the line (for cosmetics you can find lipgloss at $10 so I say SKIN CARE with emphasis in my previous statement). However, I am open to trying the other 'more costly' products because my experience with the cloths has been so amazing. I'll definitely post more entries when I've tried other products.

Notably, here are the products I'm most anxious to try:

  • FabPore Facial Peel
  • Scrub Your Nose Off Scrub
  • The Greatest Scrub of All
  • Flake Away Body Polish

It's funny to think that I never thought I'd replace my Cetaphil cleanser, because I didn't find anything as wonderful until now. I'm thinking I might alternate until I've finished the Cetaphil and then incorporate other Soap & Glory skincare products. I'm that confident in this line of products. I have oily skin and I couldn't imagine finding a cleanser that would control my skin, even Cetaphil and jojoba oil didn't perform as well in that area as this cleansing cloth has in only a few uses. If I use one in the morning, my skin is still smooth and oil-free at night when I use it again as part of my routine.

Bottom line: The Soap & Glory cleansing cloths are a great price/value, control oil, visibly shrink pores, control blemishes and leave your face feeling fresh and clean for hours. I love it and I think everyone should give it a try. Even you gentlemen, just get past the pink girly packaging! ;)
