Probiotics as usual. Had a papaya, watermelon and cucumber smoothie. Had a lot of veggies yesterday! Was a little sleepy in the afternoon yesterday. But not as much as I used to. Next thing to work on is water intake.
Still flaking on jawline and chin. Face seems a little more red than usual. But maybe its because I did not use sunscreen today because I was in a hurry? I think the sunscreen helps to cover up a bit of the redness anyways. Have a few pustules today on my forehead. Not too worried about it as they will probably go away in a day or 2.
