Probiotics as usual. Had a papaya, banana and cucumber smoothie. Did not have as much veggies as I wanted to yesterday as I had an unplanned dinner with my brother and his girlfriend and wasn't too healthy food. I also only had one serving of veggies for lunch.
I noticed I have BM at least once a day now which is great as I used to not have it everyday. For the first time yesterday I did not feel sleepy in the afternoon. Maybe I am doing something right? or maybe it was just a one off thing.
The skin along my jawline is starting to flake. Not too bad still manageable. I have decided to attack it with AHA and moisturiser. Hopefully it clears up.
I notice I wake up with very oily skin.My forehead generally gets oilier faster. Even during the day I have to blot off the oil at least twice. My days are generally 9-7 working hours at the moment. But I don't really mind it. I figure its better than dry flaky skin.
