Probiotics as usual. Had a papaya, banana and cucumber smoothie. I cut off the cucumber skin this time as I found it to be too fibrous for my liking. I am probably cutting out half the fiber from the drink but oh well. I am having a bun which has cream in it this morning. I don't know how my skin will react to the dairy. I am not intentially cutting dairy completely. I am just avoiding milk and being more aware of other products containing dairy.
I am consciously trying to eat healthy but still not overdoing it. I simply choose the healthier options to what I usually eat. I am trying to eat at least 2 different vegetables with every meal. I figure I am getting more fiber and antioxidants in this way in addition to the fruit smoothies.
Had a lot of sleep last night but still feel tired. I realised I tend to fall asleep a lot earlier now. The skin along my jawline is dry. They feel rough to the touch. I have very little to no flaking so far. My face overall looks quite healthy if you don't take into account the breakouts. Face looks tan in certain areas but my cheeks seem to be pinkish. It isn't red though.
