UPDATE - 22/12/11
Since my last update i have kind of given up on a lot of my diet restrictions.
I started eating Gluten again in October and have been doing since.
I had noticed no benefits or changes to my skin. health or digestion since not eating Gluten for over 6 months and limiting it for nearly a year so i didn't see any point in continuing its elimination.
I haven't really noticed any changes either way with my skin or digestion since eating it again. Apart from gas[farting] but this could just be coincidental and down to fibre rather than gluten etc.
I have also also been eating more normal food and normal meals.
The one thing that i am experimenting [trying to] is SATURATED FAT.
