almost 3 weeks ... with some ups and downs



:) so I would say in the past week my skin has looked its worst since the week after I started.

I used the progesterone cream for hormones to see if that would also clear me up nicely as I thought i had hormonal acne ( if u havnt read other posts) but apparently it didnt work lol.

infact I got quite a few new pimples. I was also lazy last week, maybe cause i broke out a bit got dispondant and I didnt drink as much water as I have been as well. anyway stopped the cream 2 days ago as I was getting bloated and skin was getting worse.... also bought a new lot of BP gel as I was running low so wasnt using enough.. and in 2 days spots have now flattened after using right dose.. this stuff is the bomb!! :doh:

I also invested in some jajoba oil today so ill try adding some of that to the moisturizer, as I believe this also reduces red marks?? will be awesome if it works as i still have faded red marks from older zits. the only thing i must still invest in now is a very good makeup remover as residue is obviously causing more pimples.

so heres what I use for those interested:

cetaphil gentle face wash/neutrogena extra gentle cleanser ( neither of which remove foundation properly) but both of which are very gentle

bp gel on and around spots

cetaphil moisturizer ( soon to add some jajoba oil to mix)

make up: charlie foundation and mineral powder

and I can reccomend this, of course along with more than 1.5 litres of water.. this combo leaves the skin with a whole new glow and looks healthier... I still cant wait to see if the regimen clears me for good though, man I would be so stoked if I could leave my house without makeup and feel good :) its exciting learning and discovering new things on this site...most helpful... well done peops :dance:
