HEEEELLLLO. So I guess I don't really have much to say other than that I started using Argan oil about 3 days ago on my face at night instead of Cetaphil, since I felt that it may have been breaking me out (there's a reason why I used to use Cetaphil and quit using it). I got a sample of it from Sephora after a friend suggested that I use it to help clear up my skin. I apply it to damp skin and take care to use only a little since it goes a long way in moisturizing my skin.
Funny enough, my skin did clear up - and my complexion improved. My face is definitely less red and more one color. My previous acne is fading and I only have one or two active pimples at the moment, and no painful big ones. However, I do still have a lot of under the skin bumps, which I'm a bit disappointed about. My family has commented that my skin looks a lot better though. My face is definitely less oily than it used to be when I was using Cetaphil lotion.
However, I've been noticing that my acne near my hairline - specifically on the sides of my face and the edge of my forehead - have bigger under the skin bumps and don't clear very easily. My nose has also become more clogged - maybe due to the argan oil. I'm not too sure yet - I got another sample yesterday so I could try it out for a week before deciding whether it's worth getting.
I have also noticed that my nose is getting more clogged and I got a whitehead this morning there.
I dunno. I'll continue to see how this works.
