2 eggs, gluten free flour - pancake thingy
Bit of indigestion when running - was fine before - either from food itself - excersing to early after eating [thought i gave it a couple of hours] or nike pro/cycling shorts are too tight.

Cabbage, carrots, sweetcorn, potatoes, butter, olive oil, salt.
4 scrambled eggs. 100grams cottage cheese, butter, salt.
2 eggs gluten free flour pancake + custard - milk, cornflour, sugar.
Feet started burning latter in evening
Some indigestion - belching/burbing - slight sensation of reflux - ate too much- some stress also
