Took 30 mins or so to get to sleep.

Didn't get up for a piss or with bruning feet - for a change.

Restless in morning as usual.

Rhinits as about as good as it gets - ie still there

Bowel movement - first part firm - hard - as hard has been for ages - rest sloppiesh - all out in pretty much pne go anyway.

Rice pudding - White rice, milk, sugar, butter, creamed coconut, 2 scoops whey powder.

- Shit loads

No indigestion

Ginger

2 scoops whey powder, spoon glucose, glass milk.

Cabbage [few rawish pieces], carrots, sweetcorn, potatoes, butter, olive oil, salt.

Bad acid reflux - an hour or so after - first time after veg for a while.

Quercetin

Chicken thigh, leg, 2 wings, salt.

Rice pudding as above

No further acid reflux
