Even before I ended my antibiotics, I've been taking supplements to help my body preform at its best. These are the ones that I take for my skin:
One a day teen advantage
vitamin E 400 IU
There are a whole bunch of supplements out there, but I'm looking for one that would help with dark spots. I've heard that vitamin E is supposed to be good for them when applied topically, however I have certain reservations about applying it directly to my skin after watching this vid:
As a pre-med student I find her reasoning sound however there are also a lot of positive feed back out there for applying it directly to the skin so i'm kind of in a bind . So I've decided to finish up this bottle of vitamin E in addition to the multivitamin internally and find a legit "hair, skin, and nails" vitamin.

I have now been on:
Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nail with 5000 mcg of Biotin (3 pills a day)
Evening Primrose Oil 1300 mg (1 pill in the morning, 1 at night)
in addition to the above for a week now. I've noticed a reduction in small white comedones (really small white heads) on my nose. My face does not feel less oily, but it looks less oily somehow.
I will update when I finish the bottle of primrose oil!
