Report - [27, 7 11]

Went to bed too late as per usual.

Got to sleep fine.

Up Twice with burning feet and hence to have a piss.

- Struggled to get backto sleep properly both times.

- Hence am not having long periods of uninterupted sleep - can't be good.

Rhinits still there

Bowel movement - same as usual - firmish at first followed by sloppier.

2 glasses water.

piece of ginger

Vit C

5 scrambled eggs, 100 grams cottage cheese, butter, salt.

egg and gluten free flour pancake/pikelet thingy

Piece of cake - Gluten free flour, sugar, beef dripping, eggs, carrots.

No real indigestion - guts felt slightly weird when running though - some burbing as well.

Burning feet bad about an hour or so after going out - not sure if any significance though as on feet for a fairly long time + weather was a bit muggy

Piece of ginger

Oregano oil

Greens/cabbage, potato, sweet potato, carrots, sweetcorn, butter, olive oil, salt.

Vit C

2x TMG tablets

250 grams beef, 1/2 egg, herbs, salt, pepper.

Heartburn a few hours after

Chest pretty much clear - couple of insignificant spots.

Back pretty good - couple of smallish spots.

Scalp pretty bad - was particularly bad last few days

Face - prespot pain below left corner of mouth almost gone now - spot never turned up but pain lasted for days.

Very weird red lump type thing on side of nose/cheak - almost no pain whatsoever but is raised and red - not sure if insect bite or spot. Geting a few of these latley - never have white head so not sure if actually spots.

Rest of face pretty much clear except for a few small insignificant spots.
