- hence struggled to get back to sleep properly.
Bowel movement not as firm as yest - almost a sloppy joe
Rhinits/allergy still not good.

Rice Pudding - White rice, milk, butter, coconut cream, sugar, 2 scoops whey powder. [far to much]
Far too much starch again.
Still - no real indigestion - weird
RUNNING - nose ran a bit
