Day 3

Started the Regimen on Thursday. Todays Saturday. Didn't get to start this until now. I have combination skin. It get's very dry after i wash my face but as the day progresses it gets oily. I have mild-moderate acne. I get cystic acne(though not all over my face) but one or two about every two to three months. I had serious cystic acne two years ago that had left scars on my cheeks. Now i have one on my left cheek that has been there for almost two months. Started to cluster and get more around it. I usually get my acne on my cheeks and around my chin and mouth. I get new acne every week. I used to have beautiful skin in HS but around 3 to 4 years ago my skin had went berserk and broke out with cystic acne. Haven't gone a day without acne on my face since then.

I was surprised on how fast it had arrived at my house seeing on how it was a holiday weekend.

So far no redness, itching, but a little bit of a burning sensation. Nothing too extreme. A tiny bit tight but not bad. Makes my skin feel tingly. Feels nice. Was afraid the lotion wasn't going to be enough for my skin (it dries out VERY easily) but it's wonderful. I had used two pumps of lotion the first time (never will i do THAT again) and it was WAY WAY too much. So now only one pump.

I've been taking pictures of my skin every day so i can see the progress (if there will be). I'm very optimistic about this!! Keeping positive thoughts about this regimen. Keeping a blog also so i can keep track to what it's doing to me.
