I didnt ramp up the dosage of BP I'm using for two reasons, 1.) the drying time takes forever and I didn't really have the will power to wait for it, apply, wait, apply, wait, apply... Keep in mind that I have been sleeping late and waking up at noon. 2.) I couldn't put foundation on over 5 layers of face cream. It just feels too weird. So, for the first three days I actually used my acne free cleanser and put on moisturizer and make up. I've been having to go out and shopping. Ofcourse my face hates it, but the breakouts aren't as bad. They're just the "regular breakouts" from before. When I come home though, I take my make up off and do the DKR. Skin's flaking around my nostrils and the sides of my face but it isn't so bad that it's obvious under my make up (ha!)
Anyway week 2 is my crazy week. I had a baseball series to go to and an overnight stay downtown with a sleep schedule of 2 am every day. I didnt bring my supplement pills (Vitamin D-3, E, and Zinc) but I did bring my DKR with me. I found that after everything has dried and 2 applications of the moisturizer, I am able to put on make up. Just make sure its all dried though! No new break outs. Face is still dried but I am happy over all. Even my sister says that my skin is improving. I just gotta bear with the flaking.
