Bowel movement on 26th firmer than has been the usual for last few weeks.
Glass of water
Small piece of ginger
Pinch of Vit C
Rice pudding - white rice, sugar, butter, milk, Double cream.
WEIGHTS - Chest - triceps.
2 scoops whey powder, spoon of glucose, glass milk.

Greens, peas, sweetcorn, salt, pepper, butter.
4 chicken legs, salt, pepper.
Almost zero belching or heartburn after chicken.
Allergy symptoms - runny nose, itchy mouth good - some runny nose while doing weights but still not bad.
Erythromelalgia note bad in evening but bad at night. Didn't sleep very well at all. Got up early so had hardly any sleep.
Was a hot night though so hard to blame diet.
Not good really.
A couple on chest, no active spots on back.
But face is worse. some pain near sideburn and below ear.
Forehead still pretty much clear.
Annoying pre spot pain on lip.
One whitehead on chin.
Scalp is better than usual.
