After looking into other possible food sensitivies to try to explain why i am no better on gluten free, actually worse, as well as mistamine intolerance i need to look into OXALATE.
Seems it never rains it poors.
If i cant eat gluten, histamine or oxalate will prob top myself so im hoping i can handle histamine and/or oxalate fine.
Although oxalate was implicated in my kidney pain when going ketogenic so not looking good.
