Had a sloppy bowel movement yesterday evening and this morning. Quite sloppy and loose.
Diet report for yesterday - [13, 6, 11]
2 glasses water
2 pieces of celery
1/3 of a tub of Baskin-Robbins Pralines 'n Cream Ice Cream
3 Eggs omlette - mild + mature cheddar.
Piece of cow milk fetta cheese.
2/3 Bar of Milka milk and white chocolate - ~65grams - made with hazelnuts. - no vegetable oil.
2 scoops of whey protein powder, spoon white cane sugar, glass of whole milk.
Large serving of greens with butter, salt, pepper
2 100% beef quarterpounders.
Chocolate fudge brownie flavour Friji milkshake. - Whole Milk (45%),Skimmed Milk (44%) ,Sugar ,Buttermilk Powder ,Modified Maize Starch ,Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder ,Glucose Syrup ,Natural Flavourings ,Stabilisers (Carrageenan, Guar Gum) ,Colour (Caramelised Sugar Syrup) ,Salt
I had digestive cramping and pain again yesterday about 2-3 hours after the omlette. Cramping/ distension of bowels with some pain - more annoying than anything. Had similar stuff night before when i also had an omlette. Don't know if it's the way the eggs are cooked - maybe over cooked or maybe too much cheese. - Maybe i'm not handling csein properly anymore.
Was farting quite a lot as the distension and discomfort satrted to fade.
Obviously i'm disagreeing with something.
I sleapt quite well last night.
Skin is still good - couple of active spots on scalp/head but that's about it.
VERY STRANGE considering recent digestive problems and sloppy bowel movements and terrible sleep.
Maybe i am due a massive breakout any day soon.
