Bowel movement yesterday [12, 6, 11] was very sloppy indeed.
Diet report - [12, 6, 11]
2 glasses water
small piece of ginger
2 pieces of celery
Mashed potatoes with skin, butter, bee dripping, matture cheddar, mild cheddar, salt, pepper, cottage cheese.
1/3 of a tub of Baskin-Robbins Pralines 'n Cream Ice Cream
Large serving of greens with butter, salt, pepper
4 eggs omlette, matture cheese, mozerela, pepper
piece of feta
Guts were dodgy in the evening and continued through the night and into morning.
Seemed like gas production in colon - mainly on lower right hand side - must of been fermentation of something i ate by bacteria - greens perhaps - fat malabsorbtion? accumulation of fructose?
- minor distention and little pain but lots of farting.
Couldn't sleep and got up early so basically had no sleep
I didn't eat any rice and i am thinking of stopping all starch now out of desperation.
I am already severely limited fructose/fructans and zero gluten. If i remove starch leaves virtually no carbs left and basically means ketosis which i don't want to do again.
I need to experiment with potatoes and rice, maybe i am eating too large portions and i can only handle so mauch starch in a sitting - i have been having massive portions.
At the moment it seems either STARCH is the probelm, fat malabsorbtion or i am hyper sensitive to fructose/fructans.
OR something completley different.
