Diet report - [4, 6, 11]

No bowel movement yet as i'm writing this very late night - early morning.

I had bad bloating - belching - farting - basically gas today - first time for ages - fucking annoying and disapointing. Could be various reasons. Could be diet related or from slouching causing soem kind of physical blockage.

Diet report for yesterday - [4, 6, 11]

2 glasses water

1/2 lemon + 1/2tspn vitamin c powder

Raw carrot

Muller rice - apple flavour - Milk, Sugar, Rice (7%), Apples (4%), Apple Juice from Concentrate (2.5%), Egg, Modified Maize Starch, Stabilisers: Carob Bean Gum, Guar Gum; Salt, Acidity Regulators: Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid; Flavourings.

Mashed potatoes with skin, butter, matture cheddar, mild cheddar, salt, pepper, cream cheese.

2 scoops whey protein powder, spoon cane sugar, glass of milk.

Chicken leg - salt - pepper

Steak mince patty with egg, herbs, spices, salt, pepper.

Mild cheddar

Large serving of rice pudding - long grain rice, milk, sugar, cinammon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, butter, beef dripping.

I spent the early part of the day slouching watching the tv for a few hours - the gas - bloating, belching and farting didn't come until standing up and exercising afterwards.

Maybe slouching caused somekind of "blockage" or impiedment to digestion etc.

It was either that or the apple muller rice and/or raw carrot on an empty stomach - which i would presume was either the fibre and/or fructose.

God knows - amount of apple in the muller rice was so small would mean i am mallabsorbing fructose very baddly so seams more likely to either be something else or a combination of the fructose and other factors.

Fucking annoying.

Going nowhere fast as usual.
