Sloppy Joe this morning again this morning but even looser this time and also nastier. Seemed hot and almost burned my a-hole almost smelt more than recentley. 6 days in a row now.

Diet report for yesterday - [29,5,11]

2 glasses water

Cap of aloe vera

1/2 lemon + 1/2tspn vitamin c powder

Large piece of cake - Made with Gluten free flour, butter, beef dripping, white cane sugar, soft brown sugar, eggs.

Muller Rice - Rasberry - also one yesterday - forgot to mention.

2 scoops whey protein powder, spoon glucose powder, glass milk.

Large serving Mashed potatoes with skins on, butter, mozzarella, pepper.

3 barbeque chicken legs - coating contained gluten and god knows whatever shit so try to wash it off

Full ingredients: Chicken Drumsticks,Glaze ,Rice Flour ,Potato Starch ,Cornflour ,Salt , Stabiliser (Sodium Triphosphate) ,Dextrose ,Sugar ,Vegetable Oil. ,Glaze contains ,Sugar ,Tomato Powder ,Spices ,Wheat Flour ,Cornflour ,Salt ,Garlic Powder ,Chilli ,Onion Powder ,Barley Malt Extract ,Vegetable Oil ,Yeast Extract ,Natural Flavouring ,Vinegar ,Worcester Sauce ,Oregano. ,Worcester Sauce contains ,Water ,Vinegar ,Sugar ,Salt ,Tamarind Concentrate ,Barley Malt Extract ,Onion Powder ,Garlic Powder ,Spices ,Concentrated Lemon Juice.

Piece of above cake and custard - corn flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract.

Wish i hadn't eaten the f'ing chicken now. I had nasty warm sloppy shit this morning so i would love to know if even trace amounts were enough to cause this.
