My current diet is basically as follows:
Corn [corn flour, polenta -corn meal]
Some reet thrilling and nutritious i know.
Oh for pizza and lasagne.
I will be cutting out chocolate completley and prob ice cream too, unless it is compeltley PUFA free.
I will be continuing with a gluten and PUFA free diet for the forseeable future.
Im not sure about the yogurt really. I know it used to break me out bad, along with all other probiotics. Also my skin has been fairly bad recentley. But i feel it is important [for some reason] to keep with it for a while longer because of the possible after affects of the gastroenteritis. God knows what it did to me but it fucked me up pretty bad.
If the spots continue for much longer i will stop with the yogurt.
