Back from some experiments of sorts!

As you know from my earlier blog posts, I am trying to pinpoint exactly what it is that is keeping my face clear from the beginning of this post. As of right now, I am taking fish oil, vitamin a, vitamin c, and zinc tablets.

Just three days ago, I started taking the zinc tablets again, and boy it is a hell of a difference just three days later. I think this is seriously one of the biggest contributors to my face being clear. It has made my face a lot better, and is definitely now going to be a staple in my vitamin regiment.

After a week of this, I am going to do another post and then add in the garlic pills to see if that might help me out!

Other than supplementation, I am using a mild soap along with BP and AHA, and a moisturizer. No other topical treatments. We will see where this goes!

Once again, give it a shot! You have nothing to loose!

Hey,I have been reading some of your posts related to vitamins supplements and I wanted to know if it really works. I mean, as far as I can see, you take zinc, a, c, e vitamins and fish oil tablets (to say some of your daily routines...), and it seems that you are not satisfied with the results.I'm taking onagra oils pills to regulate hormones (i'm a female of 24 years old) and from time to time I eat a raw garlic (it's always good to depurate your stomach). Even so, I have always 3 o 4 pimples in every cheeck. One more thing, have you done any clinical analysis to know whether you really need these vitamins? if you have a lack of something...Ohm, sorry if I've done some mistakes, english is not my usual language, but thanks to acne I'm learning a lot;)

Hey thanks for the comment! When doing this, I have far exceeded expectations and had much better results than anything I have tried. My lack of satisfaction is from not having PERFECT skin, but it is leaps and bounds above anything I have tried over the last 3+ years of my life.My mentality behind this is that I will always have the building blocks in my system if my body calls for it. When taken in the right doses, nothing I will be taking will harm me, and I could care les if I just pee it out. I am just giving my body the things it may "call" for on a day to day basis.I have done a lot of research and come up with those as the main players. Instead of going to a multivitamin, which usually has iodine(bad for skin), I am essentially breaking up the components of one. On the clinical analysis...No. I dont think it is needed, but if you are skeptical and want to see your composition compared to the national average, go for it! It can't hurt. That being said, the entire nation's average might not be withen range to fight acne. Thats my two cents. What I would say to you is do your research, and start by taking the lowest dose of some of the vitamins outlined. Just for trials sake, I would take A, E, Zinc, Fish oil, and garlic, as those have shown to be the best for me. It might be totally different for you, but I would say it is worth a try. Please take this with a grain of salt, since I do not know your genetic makeup and health situation. Thanks for the interest and let me know your results if you choose to go this route. Best of luck!
