For aprox the last month or so, say from the 10th March to the 10th of April i was seriously binging on chocolate and ice cream. This after 6 weeks in ketosis.
The results on my skin aren't pretty.
I don't know if it's the sugar or the chocolate though. Or just completley coincedental.
I have been questioning my digestion of beans and also all types of carbohydrate so maybe i just can't digest cocoa.

I also noticed that my em symptons were worse during this period.
Chocolate contains relatively high amounts of Oxalic acid which may or may have not been causing me problems while during my ketosis dieting due to the high amounts of spinach i was eating.
Could of course just be all the sugar, for one reason or another.
