I will be starting a one month experiment whereby I will drink green tea whenever I get a coffee urge. Of course, I could not be doing this at the worst possible time (very busy at work and at school), but a part of me has always believed in mind over matter.
I used to drink a lot of coffee during my undergraduate days (2-3 generous cups a day), and now I've cut back to 1-2 normal cups per day. Friends have been telling me that cutting back or omitting coffee altogether may drastically improve my skin. I'm skeptical but willing to give it a shot.
I had 2 normal cups of coffee today, and I enjoyed them
Not as excited about the green tea, so I hope I notice significant improvement during this experiment!
