This is the date i was forced to stop my Ketosis diet.
I had eggs in the morning as per usual my diet for the last 5 1/2 weeks but in the afternoon i had some rye crisps, some cake, some chocolate nuts.
The reason i had to end Ketosis was i had pain in one of my Kidneys that wasn't going away and the main reason was that i had Calculus/tartar deposits on my teeth.
i don't know why it took so long for me to notice them but they were significant so i didn't want to risk loosing my teeth and stopped the diet imiediatly.
If you google tartar, calculus, teeth, ketosis, atkins etc you do find people experiencing the same things but you also get results when you search for spinach and tartar - spinach teeth etc.
Due to the fact i was eatin spinach every day it easily could of been the spinach and not the ketosis.
The whole irony of this, is that carbs are supposed to be bad for your teeth and that low carbing is supposed to be good for your teeth.
I have no way of knowing whether the process of being in ketosis was causing these deposits or it was the spinach.
And all i ever heard was what a wonder food spinach was.
