Nothing quite new today. All the same really. The acne spots are starting to fade, but not by much. My upper cheek acne is still there(2) and my lower chin region(3-4). My skin tone is starting to look better than before.
Some thoughts on omega-3 fatty acids;
Through my research, I have found omega 3 and omega 6 to be counter balances of each other. Omega 3 is anti inflammatory, and omega 6 induced proimflammitory responses. The ratio of omega3 to 6 should be somewhat close to a 1:1 ratio, as our ancestors were. In the western diet, which I am accustomed to, packaged foods and processed foods contain TONS of omega 6. If you do not like fish and do not eat walnuts fairly frequently, then there is a good chance your ratio's are way out of balance!

This is a study done using omega 3, green tea extract, and selenium. Unfortunately, this is inconclusive sine the sample size is so small. If skeptical at all, read this study and atually breaks down exactly what omega 3 does at a cellular level.
I feel this somewhat supports my slew of vitamins, although I do not regularly drink green tea and take selenium, I might just have to start! ALSO, if you are taking zinc pills, make sure to eat things with trace amounts of copper as too much zinc depletes copper in the body.
I will keep on keeping on. Not much improvement like I said, but I would say I am at LEAST 50 percent better than 4 days ago! I never knew 40 dollars of vitamins would lead to such a vast improvement.
If you decide to start taking omega 3, research it and also document what happens. I am actually very curious if this will work on a broader spectrum of people. Could be a great way to spread clear skin!
