Week 16 /10LJ/10 BADmask /8 LP and Vitex /2 new supplements and carrots spf



Skincare: Castile soap. Clarisea salts and scrub. Dickinsons after mmu. Grape seed oil. NEW: YES TO CARROTS SPF on right side of face. Also, going to wash face twice everyday this week as it didn't dry out with twice semi daily washings last week.

Diet: 1-2 vitex and 4 tbsp LJ continued with. 1 NATURE'S PLUS. .5 TSP CODLIVER OIL. .5 TSP EVENING PRIMROSE OIL.

3/19/11 Week Summary: skincare remained the same except I forgot to take evening primrose

oil and the LJ most of the week.

3/14/11 MORNING: nature's. sulfur soap on for 5 minutes? grape seed oil and carrot spf.

EVENING: sulfur soap on for 6 minutes. cod liver oil. vitex. primrose oil. sulfur mask on spots. 4 tbsp LJ.

3/13/11: MORNING: mmu. castile. clarisea scrub for one minute and then rinse after 5 more. nature's.

AFTERNOON: codliver oil. vitex.

NIGHT: castile. vitex. 5 minute soak in 2 scoops with .5 scoop patted on face. grape seed

oil. sulfur on spots. .5 tsp primrose oil. 4tbsp LJ.
