Yea! Dermatologist appt. Went so well...my cholesterol is down from 216 to 186! Even on Claravis! My doctor was so impressed that she asked me to detail everything I was doing, so she could tell her other patients! That made me feel really good and encourages me to keep on being careful about my diet, getting exercise and taking vitamins & supplements. :D

I am still at the same dosage for the third month. I had very dry eyes today. My lips remain very chapped. I have developed a red dot rash on my wrists which doesn't hurt or itch. A few dry patches here and there on my body. My hair and scalp are so dry, just amazing how my hair never gets dirty. Minimal joint pain...I am doing yoga and walking on the treadmill regularly. Also lifting hand weights every day. I can't wait for warmer weather...my husband and I bought kayaks and are ready to use them! :)

My husband is doing just fine. He went for his two month check-up and all of his blood work came back fine. He continues to have chapped lips, dry facial skin and a rash on his wrists, hands, ankles and elbows.

We are both positive and looking forward to clear skin forever! :)

I hope you will keep on thinking good thoughts and envisioning yourself with clear skin. I know it is hard to be patient and to put up with the side effects, but I really think this journey can be a time of growth and learning what you CAN do, IF you put your mind to it! :D
