Didnt blog yesterday but my skin isn't looking too bad to be honest. I have been more stressed than ever recently and i'm amazed i havent broken out more (maybe the pimples are going to form an assault soon ) but for now i have one pimple above above my beard near the chin/lower lip area (there again!) and one thats healing nicely on my cheek. My forehead is a bit dotty but they're very tiny and not too noticable.
I didn't even wash my face last night as i just went to sleep after a night out. I find that washing my face doesn't really make much difference to my acne. It's still something i shoud do but there are times when i've been clear in the past and i havent washed my face; so my conclusion is that it makes little difference.
One thing i did notice this morning was that my tongue looked excessively pale and had a spotty texture at the sides which did not look healthy.
I have cheated on my diet slightly by chewing sugar free gum which i know i shouldn't do but it's kind of hard to drink only water on a night out and keep your breath fresh and nice.
No changes on supplements or anything else to report on the diet front.
