2 months
Sorry for the lack of update. I was busy and kinda lazy...
Anyways, a couple of days ago was the 2 month mark of using differin. My breakout has slowed down, I only get like 2 big pimples whereas before I would wake up with 10 on my face. But at the same time I still have enough pimples to make me feel extremely self conscious.
I'm getting black heads on my chins which is really annoying. I don't apply differin there, only cetaphil cleanser and I think that's the problem. Since I'm only applying cetaphil it's not enough to fight all the dirt and stuff but I'm kinda scared to apply differin there 'cause I know it's gonna be hell. So I don't know what to do...we'll see.
I'm also getting pimples on my upper lip, and again I think it's the same problem of how I'm only applying cetaphil there. I know you're not suppose to put differin near your mouth and I'm not going to, but I don't know if I should find a cleanser that will actual help clear my skin but gentle enough not to react with differin. Or should I just keep using cetpahil. Ahh, I'm so confused. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Scars, scars, scars. There's a lot on my face and I fucking hate it. Especially around my upper lip, which sucks 'cause it's pretty obvious. There's also a lot on my forehead...actually they're just everywhere! I think I read somewhere that differin is suppose to lighten scars but obviously that's going to take some time and I have a lot of them on my face.
So the pimples on my forehead...I use to have this cluster of big, red zits on my temples but now they've decreased. I have a couple of whiteheads but what I've noticed is that they usually get smaller and kinda harden after a couple of days when I apply differin. So I guess that's good.
I can't believe I've been using this for 2 months. It's gone by fast but unfourntely I haven't really seen significant change. Some days my skin looks like it's improving (barley) and then there's days where it's bad...like I refuse to leave the house.
I'm gonna give this another month 'cause I read a post here that somebody gave this three months and their skin was suddenly clear. Gosh, I hope that happens for me. If this product doesn't work for me I don't know what to use after....hopefully I see major improvements in the next month.
