Stressful day at work....I cheated again and had some wine tonight. But so far, it doesn't seem like I'm breaking out from it.

My clogged pores on my chin formed into tiny pimples. I was able to pop them though so I'm relieved. Normally this would have turned into a cyst, so I'm hoping it's because of my diet & crazy amount of supplements I've been taking! Hoping to take less once I figure out what works and what doesn't.

No more thirst or chapped lips, so maybe it was all my imagination? I still feel like my face is oily, but less breakouts. I wonder if this is the vitamin B5 or spearmint tea? Oh by the way I'm loving the tea! actually tastes yummy.

I'm worried about going away this weekend. I always seem to breakout when I go away. I stocked up on some gluten-free, low sugar, organic treats so hopefully I won't cheat too much!

Breakfast:

Healthy skin w/ greens (with almond milk)

Rice ball w/sour plum (made with brown rice) - probably sounds gross, but it's delicious!!!

Lunch:

Left over dinner - mahi mahi, brown rice, Japanese veggies

Dinner:

Tofu Pad Thai & broccoli
