I've made some very drastic changes to my diet and have notice a change in my skin. I cut out refined sugars and my acne went completely! AWAY! But after around 2 months of clear skin, its come back but not nearly as bad. I've found a TON of useful information on the internet and am going to do some nutritional safe but extreme experiments with food and give you guys an update on what's going on with my skin. BTW, i've noticed that if I eat something bad for my skin I usually get hot or break out (very slightly) with in two hours and hit a full on break out with in a day or two.
Let me know what you guys think of food and acne and i'll do my best to feed you updates
