My chin area is looking pretty good today! I have no active pimples, just red scars. The only zit on my face is the huge red painful one on my nose.....I accidently "popped" it this morning as I was washing my face. I hope it doesn't scar
The Vitamin B5 is making my stomach grumble. Haven't felt nauseous or anything though. I haven't noticed much difference in the oil on my face, but then again I'm only taking 3 x 500mg....Unless I start breaking out in my chin I probably won't up the dose yet.

The last time I ate almonds I thought I broke out from it, so I tried again today to make sure. It didn't come up on my food sensitivity test, but for a while it felt like everything was breaking me out! We'll see if I get any new pimples tomorrow!
