Morning

nothing

Afternoon

4 egg omelette with cheese and ham, salt, pepper.

2 pieces of cheese

1/2 tsp vitamin c powder,

1 tbls cod liver oil

Evening

tin of tuna with mayonaise,

some somked salmon

SKIN

Seems to be getting worse now. Maybe too much cheese. Hopefully from loosing weight.

Digestion is better even though my dietis terrible whih is intersting.
