Worked out today. Cardio on the elliptical. I could only do 20 minutes of hill intervals before having to give up and cool down. Very atypical of me.
Yesterday I lifted. And I'm still hurting from that. Odd, again....
I should probably rest tomorrow. But. I have the day off from work, and if I'm in the house sitting on my ass all day I'll just attract drama that I don't need.
We'll see how I feel in the morning. Hopefully the 'tane isn't starting to cause muscle pain/fatigue. I will be very sad if it is.
