After slight improvement no getting worse FFS

Will add carbs soon if it continues, going to stop this ketosis soon anyway

NOTES

Have stopped loosing weight now, actually put couple of pounds on last two days. Ketosis seems overated to me, although lost ~ 16 pounds i bet most of it is water.

Feel terrible all the time, still waiting for this rush of energy, still cant sleep. Basically hell.

ALso seek of eatin all this meat and eggs. If i wasn't going to hell already i am now.
