5 egg omelette with butter, cheese, salt, pepper

1/2 tsp vitamin c powder,

1 tbls cod liver oil

Afternoon

Nothing

1 scoop whey protein powder with milk

Strength/resistive training

Didn't feel too bad but still less stamina. Struggled with boxing again.

2 scoops of whey protein powder with water

Evening

4 pieces of chicken with salt and pepper.

NOTES

Felt terrible in the morning.
