1/2 tsp vitamin c powder,

1 tbls cod liver oil

Afternoon

Nothing

Evening

Stick of celery

3 chicken legs, salt, pepper

Skin

Can feel couple of new spots coming through.

Otherwise better but nothing special

NOTES

Slept terribly

Felt awful all day.

Didn't feel able to do any exercise.
