4 Scrambled eggs with butter, sunflower oil, cheese, pepper, salt.
2 scoops why powder with water
Strength/resistive training - Noticable loss of strength on bench press. Stamina much worse - strungled with boxing at end of workout.
2 scoops of whey powder with water
Half bag of spinach
Mixed white fish in butter and oil with bit of cheese, salt and pepper. [disgusting]
2 chicken thighs with salt and pepper [eughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh]
Sleeping has become a nightmare in the last 2 nights now.
Finding it hard to stay asleep for any prolonged period.
Genrlly feel tired and awful all day - difficult to knjow whether it is from lack of sleep or calories or adjustment to ketosis.
Beter than usual but still some new spts on face which is very dissapointing.
Hopefully from "detox"
Still some mild gas hopefully not from whey, if i'm milk intorrelant then i'm uterrly screwed.
Lost about 11 pounds so far but most is probably just water and muscle, no noticable loss of fat.
Will keep going for a few days more, if continue to get spots and loss ofstrength will add white rice and oats.
