Yesterday marked one full week of me using DK products. To commemorate this occasion my skin looked blotchy and began to break out slightly--one small pimple above my lip, another in the cesspool on the left side of my face, and the one remaining pimple near my right hairline. So last night I applied a finger and a half's worth of BP, and one and a half pumps of moisturizer, skipping the ACV. This morning my skin appeared much clearer and smoother, although all pimples were still present; however, the one above my lip seemed to get a bit better.
Now that I'm back at school I need to get on a more regular exercise schedule. This morning, I woke up and immediately did an Insanity workout. Those workouts can burn up to 1000 calories and make me sweat like crazy so they're great for eliminating toxins. I had great skin last time I did Insanity so I know the excess sweat won't make my face worse. Maybe it'll even improve things!
