My regimen while on Accutane (facial skin care, including makeup)

Just a disclaimer, I'm not affiliated with any of these companies or their products. I just use what's been recommended by my derm, or what I find in the drugstore and happen to like.

Morning:

Wash with Cetaphil cleanser for all skin types

Moisturize with Jergens Natural Glow Healthy Complexion

+ this is a very recent substitution since I am see-through pale in winter. Before this I would use Neutrogena oil-free moisture with SPF 35.

Night:

Remove makeup with Pond's cold cream (just started using this recently as well)

Wash with Cetaphil cleanser for all skin types (twice if not using the Pond's)

Moisturize with Jergens or with Neutrogena oil-free moisture for combination skin

Makeup routine:

CoverGirl&Olay Simply Ageless Serum Primer (I need to find a better primer but this works for now)

Revlon ColorStay or Photofinish liquid foundation, or Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse (recent addition)

Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

L'Oreal Voluminous mascara

Wet n Wild coloricon eyeliner pencil

Makeup Forever eye pencil

Various eyeshadows

CHAPSTICK, always! (even before Accutane!)

I realize this seems like a lot of makeup, but I have acne and acne scars to cover up. :) The ColorStay foundation is amazing for covering up acne. It gives medium- to heavy coverage and lasts ALL day. I seriously can go to work for 8 hours, go to the gym and work up a huge sweat, come home, look in the mirror and look exactly the same as when I left the house. I highly recommend it, especially because it comes in two formulas: combination/oily or normal/dry.

I just started using the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse. I didn't expect them to have my shade, but they did, surprisingly. It's hard to find makeup with yellow undertones (like, SEVERE yellow undertones) in the drugstore. Most have pink undertones that make me look funny :D
