Today at work I started feeling a little muscle pain in my quads. Not too unusual since I was on my feet for 8.5 hours. And it definitely didn't hurt as bad as it did when first starting the regimen.
Since I didn't sleep at ALL last night, I figured I'd just go home and nap before heading to the gym. Napped a tad unsuccessfully since it was loud in my house.
I still REALLY want to go to the gym, but I just feel... tired. Like, sick-ish tired, though I know I'm not sick. Lethargic. That's the word! I'm still debating on whether to go easy on myself for tonight and just pick up tomorrow again, or force myself to go tonight and see how quickly I tire out.
It's not good to exercise on zero sleep, so I'm probably going to stay in.
In other news:
Cystic acne is healing slowly, no new actives to speak of.
But something unusual happened: I broke out in blackheads all across my chin. I have the worst cystic acne to speak of, but I never used to get blackheads for whatever reason. It's either the Accutane working to push everything out of my pores (yes please yes let it be this!) or the moisturizer I just started using is breaking me out. Since the blackheads are barely noticeable I'll hedge my bets and keep on moisturizing with what i'm using now.
May as well make a separate post for my regimen.
